Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Shep has spent his life exploring every corner of the state—from the sandy coast to the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. For the past 20 years, he’s proudly called the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau home. As a valued member of the Carolina Cone Team, Shep brings a keen eye for “finding the uniquities”—those special details and hidden values that others might overlook. He loves helping clients discover not just a home, but the lifestyle and beauty that come with living in the mountains. His goal is to make every transaction a fun, smooth, profitable, and stress-free experience. Happily married for 11 years, Shep is a proud father to two children, ages 9 and just 4 months old.
