It's top priority to maintain effective communication with clients and agents throughout the transaction process. Building strong client relationships for proactive problem-solving and excellent customer service is emphasized. Tasks include preparing documents, listing information, property photography, and market analysis for MLS. Timely posting of listings for quick sales and a positive customer experience is crucial. Presenting sales activity reports to the real estate team and ensuring file compliance with the office broker are also important elements to Alex’s position on the team. Listing concierges act as the intermediary between agents and property owners, handling tasks like showings requests, property information, and paperwork to ensure smooth transactions.
